Indigenous Milk Medicine Week
August 8–14
Sponsored by the Indigenous Milk Medicine Collective, Indigenous Milk Medicine Week (formerly known as Native Breastfeeding Week) was created to showcase the richness of Indigenous milk medicine traditions.
This year’s theme — “Mind. Body. Milk Medicine.” — emphasizes the vital connection between well-being, mental health, and milk medicine.
