The Community Advisory Board
In 2020, the New Haven Breastfeeding Task Force formed a Community Advisory Board (CAB) to oversee breast/chestfeeding data collection efforts in New Haven, including CARE’s Evaluation and Research to Action activities. The CAB’s goal is to ensure that ongoing research and evaluation efforts reflect the priorities of the community, that data collection is carried out in a respectful and non-exploitative manner, and that the data collected reflect the needs of the community.
